Cassidy was born on 07 Jul 1982 in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania United States. His birth name was Barry Adrian Reese. His is also called Cassidy.

He is a rapper.Cassidy recorded his first album, Split Personality in 2003 and released it on March 16, 2004.He released his second album on June 28, 2005, through Swizz Beatz's label, Full Surface.He also worked on group mixtapes with Larsiny Family, which consisted of Cassidy and several other Philadelphia rappers, most notably A.R.-Ab, Cal Akbar, and Shiz Lansky. However, Cassidy has since left the group on account of beef between him and Akbar.

Cassidy released the following albums including Split Personality (2004), I'm a Hustla (2005), B.A.R.S.: The Barry Adrian Reese Story (2007), Back To The Problem (2008) and The Best of the Hustla (2009).
