Israel & New Breed

Israel & New Breed was born on 29 Dec 1971 in Oceanside, California. His birth name was Israel Houghton. His is also called Israel & New Breed.

Israel Houghton is a two time Grammy Award winning, Christian worship leader and singer, mostly known for his cross-cultural style of Christian music that fuses elements from gospel, jazz and rock music. Houghton is usually credited as Israel & New Breed and currently signed to Integrity Music.

Israel & New Breed released the following albums including New Season (2001), Real (2002), Live from Another Level (2004), Alive in South Africa (2005), A Timeless Christmas (2006) and A Deeper Level (2007).
