Rodeo Rose

When I first saw you I din't think you were too pretty Kinda Dumb looking and tell you the truth really ugly But I wanted and needed what you had to offer So I swallowed my pride and together we hit the road Rodeo Rose I'm mighty glad that you're mine You're the best thing this cowboy ever could find You've been with me mile after mile and never complained And the way that I treated you I never thought you could ever stand the strain The weeks and the months we have known have turned into years And you have stuck by me through all the hard times and the tears And I know you can't hear me because you don't have any ears Oh but that doesn't matter at all I still love you so Rodeo Rose I'm mighty glad that you're mine You're the best thing this cowboy ever could find You've been with me mile after mile and never complained And it wouldn't surprise me if you're the first truck in the cowboy hall of fame
