The One Before Me

I can see he's heavy on your heart today Just leave his baggage outside your door It's time to put all those old thoughts away You don't have to go there anymore [chorus] You're thinking 'bout the one before me I'd never do you that way Stop thinking 'bout the one before me This is now that was yesterday That old wardrobe in your hearts closet Is full of rags that don't belong to me I'll fill up the space the past is taking up With a love that fits us perfectly [chorus] [lead 5 measures] [bridge] Love me like he never ever came your way and I'll be the one who'll be around today [chorus] You forget about the one before me I'd never do you that way Stop thinking about the one before me This is now and that was yesterday Stop thinking about the one before me Forget about the one before me Stop thinking about the one before me Forget about the one before me
