Pink Night

Drunk again, six p.m. Beautiful, ugly weekend Stayin' out and sleeping in Love it when my girlfriend Calls me a cock s*cking fagot Writing rock 'n' roll lyrics On the back of matchbooks For garage ballads Rock 'n' roll, self reference Sentimental decadence Yes, a feel good rhyme I love a good cheap wine And a friend with a free line And I paint pink night Thanks for the rent, I'm a little behind And the drugs you sent came just in time I'll pay you back, I swear I may It's never been easy and you know How hard it gets sometimes But I'm drawn to the light In the reckless skyline And I paint pink night No use to being ashamed We're all just lost in flames And I paint pink night Yeah, I'm drawn to the line In the reckless skyline But I paint pink night I love a good cheap wine And a friend with a free line
