The Little Prince Song

Far away the sun is setting shadows darken everywhere one by one the stars are building silver castles in the air somewhere theres a tiny planet where a flower grows she is weak and she is helpless she is just a rose If a flower is loved by someone if that someone is a boy when the stars come out at sunset he will open up with joy if that flower has been taken stars will flee the sky then he will see the darkness and he'll cry your flower is waiting your almost near the stars are shining they're shining here we'll help you find all that you left behind you the stars are shining they're shining they're shining they're shining here we're shining we're shining The flower is waiting it's waiting it's waiting it's almost near it's near it's near follow your heart starlight will guide you home Looking at the sky at midnight searching every inch of air I can't see my tiny planet but I'm certain that it's there if the stars would only take me up into the sky my heart would guide me homewards and I'd fly your flower is waiting your almost near the stars are shining they're shining here we'll help you find all that you left behind you the stars are shining they're shining they're shining they're shining here I'm trying I'm trying The flower is waiting I'm flying I'm flying you'll be soon there I'm flying I'm flying follow your heart starlight will guide you home The prince is flying he's flying high The prince is flying
