So Far

I don't have to be a millionaire I don't have to be the sunshine on your shoulders But I will keep you warm Yeah I don't have to be particularly like Mike Or a wild-eyed Casanova But I might make you laugh a little It's always been a riddle Why I'm stuck here in the middle I always try to do the best I can A little more than half a man for you Baby So far So good We can be the king and queen Of mediocrity and in between We'll go on a permanent vacation A journey of temptation Full of mystery Guaranteed I don't have to be a personality Like everyone in California But I might make you think a little I don't have to be a politician Wonder boy Superman Or Elvis But I do like the clothes they wear It's always been a riddle Why I'm stuck here in the middle I always try to do the best I can A little more than half a man for you Baby So far So good We can be the king and queen Of mediocrity and in between We'll go on a permanent vacation A journey of temptation Full of mystery Just you and me I don't have to own a Cadillac And then sit in back while someone else is drivin But I'll take you on adventures I don't have to be 6 foot 3 Cause eventually I'll shrink anyway But I'll still be around I swear It's always been a riddle Why I'm stuck here in the middle I always try to do the best I can A little more than half a man for you Baby So far So good We can be the king and queen Of mediocrity and in between We'll go on a permanent vacation A journey of temptation Full of mysteries Wait and see Full of mystery Mystery
